这一问也是单尾的检验，判断单位还是双尾要根据原假设和备择假设来判断。

如果原假设是涉及不等于号的，那就是双尾，如果是大于或小于，那就是单尾，这道题明显是不等于号是单位检验。

题目给的critical value是双尾的数据，我们要根据题目找到单尾的95%的检验值。

答案这里有点问题，应该是95%的单尾critical value=90%双尾的critical value=根据图表查找得出是1.679.
