这个题是说要增加房地产项目的流动性规划,流动性当然是cash最好,但是问题cash基本没什么收益啊,而且等待流动性的时候一大笔钱需要和房地产项目匹配,不能给投资者说的是投资房地产,但是没有好的项目,先等着,最后看回报变成固收+风格了。所以这里要找一个流动性好还能匹配房地产的,所以就选择REITs,
