P199例题里讲short call的premium gain is not realized until when the repurchase is used to offset the order.这里可以用于offset的option具体是指什么样的option？如果是offset应该是买卖一模一样的期权？

Short call收到的期权费跟市场价格有关，所有被算成capital gain，那么要缴税。

首先这笔期权，并不算realized gain，什么时候对手方行权，才算realize；或者我同时再买一个期权，那么我卖掉的这个权力才是realized（这个无所谓，只要再买一个，就会认为你是先卖一个，再买一个，就算你realized）
