这句话意思是：估计标准误（standard error，等于标准差除以根号n）是不可靠的（unreliable），如果估计标准误太小了，那么t统计量就太大了（因为t统计量是=μ / standard error）并且这样容易犯下I类错误。


t统计量过高，很容易拒绝原假设，很可能本来原假设是对的但是被拒绝了，容易犯I类错误。
