嗨，爱思考的PZer你好：

同学你好，老师上课时是为了让大家分清RI和NI之间的区别，所以说RI不同于NI，强调的是经济意义上的剩余收益。

但是本题对比的是RI和其他几种计算股票价值的方法。由于RI计算的起点是NI——accounting income，并且NI中债权人要求的回报率是通过interest expense反映的/其他几种方法并没有RI这种特性，所以说法3完全正确哦~~~
