发现出现了大比例投资在Prive investments上（另类投资），所以可以快速判断是Canada approach or endowment approach。

接下来题干说：The management of the new investments will be outsourced.，出现了外包的字样，所以可以明确是Endowment approach了。所以出现这种判断Investment approach的题目，题干会给出比较明确的指令的，我们能定位到即可判断出来。
