sales type和direct financing都是美国准则下，对于finance lease 的lessor的账务处理。美国准则是分了这两类，所以他只可能出现在lessor的会计报表里面。答案写的是如果作为finance lease处理的话，那么对于lessor来说是只记录一个interest income就可以了，asset出现在lessee的会计报表里（这句话是解释B选项是错误的）
