对，B选项计入负债没错啊。并且计入的是current liability，意思是在运营周期内，就是马上要还了所以settle in cash，放在current liability里。
这一题考得比较细，通常来讲长短期是以一年为界限的，但有时是需要看它的实质。比如虽然大于一年，但是还在一个经营周期内，那么这样的资产或负债也算是current的，因为每个公司的性质不一样，有的公司的运营周期会比较长，可能会长于一年，比如造飞机或者轮船的公司，一个业务从接单、到交割、到最后收款要好几年。再比如，有的资产或负债期限虽然小于1年，但公司可以无条件的往后推移，那就应该算non-current的。
A选项超过了一个运营周期，C选项超过 了一年。B选项最合适，是within一年的运营周期的。
