同学你好，

如下图，题目描述的是：在均值附近的比例小，在特别高标准差附近的比例也小。那就是低峰瘦尾的情况，均值两边的概率小，同时尾巴很瘦，那就是均值开出很多标准差以外的部分的概率也小。就是c说的低峰的分布。
