interest rate和 asset return有什么区别？

资产收益率是广义的，包括各种固定收益的利率，也包括股票收益率，以及各种另类投资，如PE，不动产的收益率。

利率一般指固定收益产品的收益率，如存款、各种债券。


我能理解央行提高LPR把利率调高，但是asset return这东西具体是指什么？

asset return就是资产的收益率，如前述，股票、私募股权、房地产、债券，都算。


如果去提高它？

一般而言，资产的收益率是和国家的增长相关的，一个国家增长率很高的话，这个国家的资产收益率就很高。

比如中国过去二十年的增长率是非常高的，中国的资产总体回报还是不错的，不仅投资债券能获得比发达国家更高的利率，开办企业，投资不动产，投资股市里的核心资产，也能获得相对较高的回报。
