Reading 3 课后题27 &28 考察Bayes' formula， 因为有hint，所以直接套公式没问题。但如果按照何老师的课件用画图法来解决这道题。不知道怎么解决？
比如第28题，
先分fired (5%), not fired (95%); 然后fired下面30% good, 70% not good; not fired 下面good 50%，not good 50%,
5%*30%/(5%*30%+95%*50%)=3.06% 这样思路对吗？
但是27题怎么都画不出来

画图法应用的前提是：给出一个非条件概率和一个条件概率。
Q27和Q28两道题给出的都直接是给出两个非条件概率。这种题型无法画图，只能通过公式来解。
以Q27为例：
1）“An analyst estimates that 20% of high-risk bonds will fail”是第一个非条件概率（即P（failure）=20%）
2）“she finds that 70% of the bonds will receive a “good” rating”是第二个非条件概率（即P（good rating）=70%）。
Q28同理，两个非条件概率分别为：
1）5% fired
2）50% good performance
