d肯定是不对的,他说只要资产可以cover掉负债,北岩银行就可以存活。这句明显没有考虑到银行资产的流动性。

银行的负债大多是各种存款,大多是活期存款和定期存款,期限大多是短期或中期。而资产则是银行借出去的钱,各种贷款,大多是长期。asset和liab的期限不匹配,就算账面上的asset足够cover掉liab,如果考虑到流动性,资产不能快速变现满足liab,他也存活不了。
