关于valuation

我先把我所有能找到的梳理一下。应该是全的。首先呢，ethic是季度要求。GIPS要求就多的真得太多了。composite是2006年后是至少1个季度，2010年之后是至少1个月。portfolio是2001后是至少一个月，2010年后是只要大额现金流都要。当然这里说的严格意义是上是value的要求，但是一般来说value后都会披露。

real estate：

• For periods>= 2011, valued in accordance with the definition of fair value

• For periods>= 2008, be valued at least quarterly.

•For periods >= 2010, value as of each quarter end or the last business day of each quarter

•Must have an external valuation:

•Before 2012, at least once every 36 months.

•After 2012, at least once every 12 months 

Private equity 

•Must be valued at least annually.

•Calculate annualized SI-IRR, using daily cash flows (after 2011.1.1)

•For general investment, portfolio must be valued at least monthly and on the date of all large external cash flows

•R/E: real estate investment must be valued at least quarterly

•P/E: private equity investment must be valued at least annually

1、portfolio valuation 应该是monthly 或者有large CF 对吗？——2010年11月以后是的，2001年1月1日之前是按季度，2001年到2010年是按月度。

2、但是AMC中规定业绩披露至少是quartly and within 30 days after the quarter，这个规定是与GIPS不同的吗？——是的
