嗨，努力学习的PZer你好：


老师其实我这里纠结的就是不在分子中的现金流上考虑融资成本financial cost，而在分母的折现率上考虑，我理解的就是因为不在cf上考虑所以扣除。。。。

同学关于不在现金流上考虑的理解是对的，我们在资本预算的基本原则中学过，计算现金流时，「不考虑」沉没成本和融资成本

所谓不考虑，即不出现计算现金流的公式中，所以也就不会 减去/剔除/扣除 哈

这个题是在 subtracted 单词下套，同学了解一下即可

所以我们计算 NPV 时，是在分母的折现率中考虑，而不是在分子的现金流中考虑

NO.PZ2016012005000003 这道题问的是NPV或者IRR 不过NPV和IRR其实就是一个事儿的两个方面吧，一个是绝对的value，一个是要得到这个value所对应的折现率。 我这样理解正确吗？
