同学你好，
这道题涉及不规则现金流，所以没法用年金的办法求（年金为规则现金流）。
比较容易理解的直接方法就是逐一求出四笔现金流的终值后加和。
另外学习了公司金融后，也可以用NPV的方法来先求出四笔不规则现金流的现值，再统一求一个终值。但这种方法并不直接。可以根据个人喜好决定用哪种方式。
