嗯嗯。这句话的意思是说库存既然下降了，肯定是因为我们卖了库存，正常付给供应商的钱应该是整个COGS，但是因为卖了库存，所以总的给供应商的钱不会那么多，应该剪掉库存的部分。
“其实想问的是，不清楚如何判断inventory的加减。” 判断的话，你可以按照何老师上课讲的那种简单不易出错的办法：就是inventory是资产负债表中asset项，这一项在计算cash的时候我们就减去，用这个方法的时候要注意现金流的正负号。
-paid to supplier=-COGS-delta inventory+delta AP=-27264-（-501）+1063=-25700.所以我们付给供应商的钱就是25700。
这样做的话考试比较快而且不容易出错，如果还是不太理解，可以去看看何老师关于这部分的基础班讲解。当然你如果理解的角度也可以，就是我刚刚上面解释的。

完整答案是这样： 这道题目的公式里面已经是在decrease 前面加了一个负号了，直接就把derease的绝对值加进去就可以了 = Cost of goods sold – Decrease in inventory – Increase in accounts payable 从解释的角度来讲的话，库存下降肯定是相当于我们购买的库存比成本少的，所以从计算角度来讲的话也是要往下减。方向也是对的。 其实想问的是，不清楚如何判断inventory的加减。
