同学你好，是的，你说的有道理，C确实用词太绝对了。participating preferred stock 是享有经营利润分配权的。

但是同学不用担心，在正式考试的题目中，题目的用词一定会更加严谨一些，这样的题目是几乎不会出现的~~

本题中，C选项说的是一般的优先股的普遍情况--除了特殊的优先股，确实大部分优先股是不参与公司的经营成果分享的。

而A选项，对于大部分的优先股，是不存在含权情况的。

所以，以一般的情况来说，A是最有可能的正确选项。同学如果万一真的在考试中碰到这类题目比较纠结的时候，也可以按照最普遍的情况来做选择，也会比较容易拿分的呢~~

我理解选但是对C还是有点疑问。 Prefferrestocks  not share the company's business performance. Equity的收入主要有CG和vin成，虽然preferrestock的vin固定的，但是如果公司的business performance好，preferrestocks的股价也会上涨，CG会更高，这不是也share了公司的business performance吗？
