选项B的思路是这样的,先根据exhibit 1,判断出Property #2 的类型,再根据其类型,判断tenant的lease team情况~

这道题很明显的给出 property #2 是retail center,对于 reatil center/mall,一般小租户的合约是3-5年,大租户比小租户的合约时间长,所以是大于3年的。是一个比较小的知识点噢~
