嗨，爱思考的PZer你好：

1）题中说 firm A is worth 54mm 是指realized还是unrealized? 还是只要题目里有说worth多少就代表是回收了?

worth是unrealized的valuation~ 如果已经realized，会说sold或者realized噢。

2) 这题没问YR 3 的Carried interst 是多少， 但如果问了 是不是 project A's return = 0.1052 > 0.09 hurdle rate, so carried intest =[ 54 - (40-40*0.02)]*0.2= 2.96, 4.*0.02是managment fee.

由于carried interest 是 deal-by-deal basis计算的，所以投资的frim A和C，还没realize profit 之前，没有carried interest~
