嗨，努力学习的PZer你好：

同学你好，首先你要知道，market value是衡量的公司股票的市场价值，book value是衡量公司股票的账面价值（一般翻阅企业的财务报表就可以知道这个数字是多少，不需要任何的估计），他们通常是不相等的。

例如，对于一家已经上市的有股票交易量的公司来说，equity的market value是不等于equity的账面价值的，而且一般是market value＞book value

本题中，对于一些非上市公司，并且可能不再永续经营的时候，因为无法获得公司股权的市场价格（没有交易买卖），所以才适用于用asset的market　value减去liability的market value去估计equity的market value，但是依然，此时计算出来的market value很可能是不等于equity的book value的。本题求的只是market value而非账面价值。
