题目给出来的表格是joint probability，就是联合概率，比如说第一个数字1.97%，它代表的是大公司损失50m，同时小公司损失1m的概率。
题目让你求的是各个公司损失情况的marginal prob，边际概率，比如说，在没有任何条件下(不管小公司profit是啥样)大公司损失50m的概率。那么这个概率的求法就是，把大公司损失50m那一整排的概率都加起来，就是没有任何条件的，大公司损失50m的概率。
