weighting method下面有equal-weighted和fundamentalweighted，passive factor-based strategy分类里面也有equally weighted index和fundamentally weighted strategy。equal-weighted index和equally weighted index它们是同一个概念吗？fundamental weighted index和fundamentally weighted strategy是一回事吗？——差不多。基本是一样的。就是分属不同地方，写的作者不一样而已。不用在意
