以及non的情况不是1.要么不是参数 2.要么是参数但不符合条件，所以c选项我觉得也是错的，感觉只说了一半。

同学你好，

A选项的意思是 非参数估计对于要去估计的总体做最多的假设。这句话说反了。非参数估计总体是什么样子就是直接去估计，不需要假设很多条件。

相反，参数估计往往要对于总体的分布做出很多假设，例如假设总体为正态，这样才可以使用一些固定的公式。

C选项是非参数估计的三个特点之一。C选项本身这个说法是正确的，也确实可以用来描述非参数估计，所以不能说这个statement本身是 least accuate的。

但非参数估计一共有三个特点或使用场景，如果反过来说非参数估计只适用于“The hypothesis doesn't concern a parameter”就错了。

三个适用场景为：

1）when the data we use not meet distributional assumptions,

2）when the data are given in ranks,

3） when the hypothesis we are addressing does not concern a parameter.（C选项）
