Member resides in LS country, does business in MS country; LS law applies, but it states that law of locality where business is conducted governs.


这句话的目的在于告诉CFA会员要遵守适用法律里的规定。所以不用太纠结。

平时做题还是先选一个more strict, 再拿more strict和standards的比较。
