拒绝原假设的原则是|test statistics|＞|critical value|，本题|test statistics|=3，|critical value|=2，所以要拒绝原假设，即B的描述错误。

同学你好， 这道题说的不好，想考察的知识点是检验方差是否要用到z统计量。 检验variance(是否等于一个确定的数)用的是卡方检验，应用的是卡方统计量，不需要计算z统计量。z统计量用的是检验均值是否等于一个确定的数。 掌握知识点即可。
