老师我算出来的公司C的FCFE是负数，所以选择了Comp C

我把ABC三个公司的FCFE都算了下，然后最后选了Comp C是因为它的FCFE算出来是负数：

FCFE of comp C=NI-FCinv-WCinv+NCC+NB=1500-3500-450-80-3+350+350+1238-1000=-1595


请老师帮我看看我的C公司的FCFE没算错吧？谢谢老师

嗨，爱思考的PZer你好：


同学，算的没错，但是思路错了，题目中让我们用FCFE = NI – (1 – DR)(FCInv – Dep + WCInv)，这个是基于合理资本结构下，以及预测未来销售额下的FCFE预测公式，不能用这个FCFE公式来计算。

题目中出了B公司，其他公司的NCC里面只有Dep，其他的都为0，所以预测下一期的时候，B公司的NCC也不知有Dep，所以不能用这个题目中的这个公式。
