同学你好，如果一味的降低利率，会造成大水漫灌，并不一定会促进经济发展的；同时，消费上升那么储蓄就少了，用于供给投资的资金就少了，那么潜在GDP就下降，投资回报率也下降。追求现时消费对将来的发展未必是好事
