模考ethics的两道题提问

抱歉，关于第二题的C问，我没写完就发出去了，重新讲解：

C. After a few phone calls and an analysis of the relevant information from our internal database, I concluded that Simpson's new technology was more than Just a rumor.

这里他说：在看到相关信息后，我总结认为，Simpson的新技术并不是一个谣传。

针对这段话，他需要加一些额外的阐述、说明来证明为什么这件事不是谣传，要全面的要客户披露自己的整个研究过程。所以这段话写在report 里且没有额外说明可能会违反V(B)

请问第一题为啥不选b?

所以经过我上述这么多分析，没有一项Cutty是直接用了关于Simpon这家公司的重大非公开信息来写报告的，而是结合nonmaterial public information & material nonpublic information

第二题的a中没有保存专利的报告为什么会违背？c中引用了却没有披露，但答案说选C

这题的点在于【是否分清观点和事实&全面的向客户披露相关信息---即V(B)中的知识点】

因为题目问的是，C同学写以下哪段话在report中，并且没有解释、阐述，会违反V(B)与客户的交流这一条。

A. Simpson's sales have faltered in recent years, but I believe the new technology will bring back the days of 250/0 revenue growth.

他说：Simpson近年的销售额下降，但我相信如果新科技研发出了，每天的收入增长可达到250/0的增长

这250/0这种表达方式我确实没太懂...应该是想表达一个日增长率。但这不影响我们做题。因为上述内容均是cutty的个人opinion，也用了believe这个词表达这是他的个人想法。所以没有违反准则的要求。

B. The new technology could boost Simpson's cash flows considerably and provide flexibility to clean up the balance sheet.

他说：新技术可能会加强Simpson公司的现金流并且会让B/S变得好看

这里得用词是could，表示不确定，可能发生在将来，所以没问题
