同学你好,这里这张表是property的一整张运营情况,也就是站在出租人的角度来看这个楼收了多少钱,花了多少钱,净赚多少钱,也就是我们全部都是站在房东的角度来看

从题目中看,并没有直接告诉你3-5年的信息,原版书有结论,一般小租户的合约是3-5年,大租户比小租户的合约时间长,所以这里是大于3年的。

我们做这个题目本身可以用排除法,同样我们推理也可以理解,anchor tenants就是那些一租面积大,租约比较长的商户,通常组过来需要自己装修,超过三年就是非常常见的了。
