C说:如果Kate可以通过CFAIII，那么她可以直接成为CFA持证人，因为她在过去已经又10年的经验。

所以C选项这样的话，是可以写在广告里的。


B为什么不对

Kate who has more than 10 years' investment experience and will be CFA charterholder soon, can make superior investment performance than others.

因为B用了will，表示一定会通过CFA三级考试。再没有收到协会成绩单之前，绝不可以宣称自己一定可以通过CFA的考试，所以不选
