然后第二句子读到 ability to correctly anticipate return, 感觉是在强调预测能力所以以为是IC， 结果是TC。
老师 这题明白了 不用回答了 。 从每问题句子一其实也可以看出要求什么。前面没仔细看。 还有就是（2） 里面问题少打了个 portfolios. 原版书里是说which manager is the best at building PORTFOLIOS to make full use of their ability to correctly anticipate returns? 可能加了后 对读题也可以顺一点。谢谢。

第二句话： which manager is the best at building portfolios to make full use of their ability to correctly anticipate returns.这里强调的是基金经理的想法和能力在构建组合时能不能完全的实现，这是TC的特征。
