首先这道题让我们选“least like” 最不可能加强股东价值的操作，选项ABC都是原版书中给出的战术。但哪个tactics不适用还要结合这个基金自身的投资策略来看（不是所有列出来的策略都能用，要看适用情况）。题干说fund要求只能投资那些公司业绩好且公司治理好的公司，而选项C的描述launching legal proceeding against existing mgmt. for breach of fiduciary duties, 明显说明这个公司的公司治理是有问题的，那么该基金根本不会投这样公司，也就不会使用这个tactics（选项C）。

关于你说的“公司本身体质就已经很好了，如果这时候介入 还能boost the stock price吗”，题干只说公司的商业模型和公司治理不错，不代表公司样样都好啊，主动参与的投资者投资好公司就是希望能够锦上添花，实现利益最大化。
