公式是原版书上给出的解题方法,有的非全线班学员是看原版书来学习基础课的。

但公式不好记也不好解,对于听课学习的学员,直接按照老师上课讲的计算器第三排五个键来计算即可,可以忽略公式部分。

参考答案是从公式的角度去解题,不需要去管。这类题目统一都用计算器直接算。上课也没讲过公式。

不看公式的话 建议把公式的解答从解析里去掉吧

同学你好,

这类求货币时间价值的题目不需要考虑公式。这些题都是用计算器第三排的五个键来解决的。

此类题目的规律为:给出其中四个键的值,然后CPT第五个键。

以本题为例,计算器按键为:

I/Y=6/4=1.5;N=10×4=40;PV=0,FV=25,000,CPT PMT=-460.6775,直接选择A选项即可。
