辅导员您好，想问一下，如果题目说主人公是某个Not-For-Profit机构的外部董事，但在未向其雇主请示的前提下，向其客户提及该机构正在募集捐款（以期望有兴趣的客户知晓）。请问这样的做法是否违反任何ethics规定？
这是一个书上或品职训练营的题，但是我找不到书中的出处了， 所以只好打字陈述。
答案是没有违反，原因是他没有对外提供客户信息。我想问的是，在什么情况下主人公可以拿外面的信息对客户进行solicitation且不被认为违反ethics规定？我觉得肯定得有个度吧，否则雇主也不会同意雇员频繁为自己的not for profit事业打广告。（这道题一开始我认为是违反的，因此，在把何种情况不违反ethics这一点上，有些拿不准）谢谢！

我个人认为，如果题目中着重提到了某财富经理频繁利用上班时间，发email给客户，或打电话给客户问客户是否愿意捐钱。那这样就肯定违反了对雇主的忠诚。（主要看case里有没有这种字眼）
