属于二次抵押贷款。把已经做过抵押的抵押物再次抵押。

引用百度百科中对二次抵押贷款的定义“二次抵押贷款是指将已做抵押的抵押物再次抵押,从特定放款人处获得贷款。二次抵押贷款的特点是不用还清以前的贷款,直接再次抵押再次获得贷款,节省了时间和垫资成本等很多中间环节。”

嗨,从没放弃的小努力你好:


当时借了钱,当时就已经花掉了。比如说,抵押贷款贷了10万,都花在了房屋装修上,10万资产一到手就花光了,所以不会影响目前的资产端。就算装修给房屋本身带来了一点点的价值提升,那也已经体现在Financial Information的residence上,不需要另外计算。

但是贷款会随时每年还本付息而减少,从10万负债减少到目前的3.8万。
