三个问题关于ethics

1.Suitability到底说的是什么。

主要内容就是说作为财富经理，必须首先识别谁是客户，然后了解客户，根据每位可客户的IPS给他们做投资建议，并且IPS要每年更新或客户有重大改变时候更新

另外作为一个基金的基金经理，要对自己宣称的投资风格负责（即投资的东西确实与自己宣称的投资风格相符）

2. Performance presentation (□ should /■ should not ) misrepresent past performance or reasonably expected performance, (□ should /■ should not ) state or imply to obtain what was achieved in the past. 上面的第二个should not 为什么是should not？

第二句话的意思：不可以宣称或暗示我可以在将来取得过去一样的return（即用过去代表将来，不可以）

3. his standard (□ does /■ does not ) prohibit showing past performance of funds managed at a prior firm as part of a performance track record as long as showing that record is accompanied by appropriate disclosures about where the performance took place and the person’s specific role in achieving that performance. 这一大串说的啥

CFA准则并不禁止财富经理们展现他们再以前公司里的业绩，只要他们做足够的披露表明这些业绩在什么时候，什么公司做的，自己对这份业绩做出的贡献是什么即可。
