conditional probability是P(B|A)，也就是given A，然后B再发生的概率。如果此时A，B互为独立事件，则A发不发生对B没有影响，P(B|A)=P(B)。但并不等于joint probability也就是P(AB)。

换一个角度想，

joint probability，P(AB)，是A，B同时发生的概率。如果此时A，B互为独立事件，则根据乘法法则，

P(AB)=P(B|A)×P(A)= P(B)×P(A)，此时也可以发现并不等于P(A)。
