我没太明白怎么从timing sector看出来的是Discretionary？听老师的讲的，择时是用来区分top down的，所以只要是top down，both discreitonary and systematic都可以是timing sector？

这里确定是discretionary不单只看择时，更重要的是discretionary策略需要融合基金经理的判断（请看这段最后一句：the final decision on sector allocations rests with the manager）.
