老师好 可能上个问题里没文得清楚，这里付图。 这题我的理解是yr0-yr3 is the stage 1, yr3-yr11 is the stage 2 and yr 11 and above is the stage 3. 这题要求的是stage 2's value over the total value? 但答案里貌似就用stage 3 的terminal value 折现到Y3 然后去和YR3-YR11 间这先到YR3的价值去比求占比。为什么不是stage 2 (yrr3-yr11 间的折现）'s value over the total （yr0-yr11)的折现？我画的图有问题吗？ 不知道对这题的理解得对吗？谢谢。

同学你好，DDM模型是把未来的现金流折现，过去的dividend都没有意义。所以在这个题目里，2006-2008年的dividend都是过去的现金流。对于DDM来说，正确的理解是2008年的dividend是D0，2009年的是D1，所以从2009年开始的八年是第一阶段，第九年开始是第二阶段。你再看下。

老师好 这题有重复问， 是否是因为题中有提到Dobson is doing the analysis in January 2009 所以就只要折现到我画图中的YR3 即可？谢谢。
