道德风险和逆向选择

同学你好，道德风险（moral hazard）的定义是incentive conflicts that arise from the delegation of decision making to agents or from contracts that will affect the behavior of one party to the detriment of the other party to the contract。

逆向选择（Adverse Selection）的定义是private information in the hands of some, but not all, market participants that allows the holder of that information to gain at the expense of others)

从定义上看，逆向选择是拥有了一些private information，是事前知道信息，而道德风险是事后得到信息
