老师基础班这个地方我不是很理解，厂房是五年前买的，那不是已经算是泼出去的水了吗？为啥不能算做成sunk cost呢？ 如果不用做我的这个新项目也可能这个厂房是一直闲置的啊，那不是也没啥机会成本，都已经闲置5年了，当做sunk cost也没问题啊。
