同学你好,之前很多同学提问为何会跟忠诚有关系。所以着重解释了A。我之前的回答,证明A是违反的,所以我们不选A

那继续给同学分析B和C选项:

B:这财富经理的错误是:该财富经理没有很好的尽职调查客户,而导致客户在身体状况不行的情况下,继续使用该账户的时间大于一年,是违反diligence and resonable basis & suitable这条。所以也不选B

C:他在和这位客户沟通时候,是没毛病的,没有骗他,或者隐藏什么关于账户的其他信息、或者是没有分清观点和事实,所以C选项没有违反,则选C

嗨,努力学习的PZer你好:


18个月之后,Brown很少进行交易,且持续期超过一年,说明PlusAccount已经不适合Brown,但是Klein依然把他放在PlusAccount里。这违反了III(C)suitability。由于III(A)是第三条准则的总纲领,只要违反第三条准则中的任意一条,都会违反III(A)。所以本题violate III(A):Loyalty, prudence and care

老师,C的要求是及时、全面、如实的和客户沟通,但是他并没有及时和客户沟通,导致1年之后再看,客户的情况已经非常不好了啊

这题感觉有点牵强啊,如果说他没有lligent 调研发现客户已经不适合该基金,那也可以说他在communicaiton的时候没有告诉客户这个事儿 这不算违法communication with Clients 吗??
