用700$分别算出3年后2年后一年后的FV 相加700 再加20 000,得出22885.92. 计算器i=2%/12, n=36.24.12,分别得出FV4 的终值。 我是这样解的。并没有用到EAR。不知道对不对。

计算器步骤如下:

N=4; I/Y=2.0184; PMT=-700; PV=0; CPT FV=2885.92
