老师好 OPB 里 可不可以理解为 healthcare trend rate > ultimate health care in trend rate > inflation, 其中Inflation = pay growth rate in DB. 有两个假设， 假设1 一般healthcare trend rate > ultimate health care in trend rate 假设2： ultimate health care in trend rate 会趋于均衡或constant in long run. 谢谢。

  • 你的理解不完全正确
  • 首先，health care cost trend rate 近大远小，且长期均衡
    • “higher in the near term but becoming lower after some point in time”
    • “will taper off to some lower, constant rate at some year in future”
  • 而 constant future inflation rate 被称做 ultimate health care (cost) trend rate
