离职了还留有原雇主的资料,违背了准则。

在离职后如果你想使用原雇主的资料,必须要征求原雇主的书面同意。

C选项说,Cannan因为储存文件在自己的私人电脑里而违反了CFA准则。而CFA准则并没有禁止大家在私人电脑里完成并存储文件,要求的是在离开雇主是必须要把这些东西删掉,如果还想使用前雇主的文件,必须要收到前雇主的同意。

但是他已经离职了啊!应该是离职了还保留file就违背了,为什么还要寻求原雇主同意
