老师您好，
我在 convertible bond做题中看到一个解释如下：“The cash dividend is higher than the threshold dividend, which will typically result in a reduction in the conversion price, which results in an increase in the conversion ratio.”
请问cash dividend、threshold dividend两者是什么关系，为什么对conversion price造成影响？谢谢。

这是因为股票分后他的price是会降低的，比如股票10块钱，每股分红1块钱，股票就只值9块钱了。
threshold dividend 就相当于一个benchmark，一般都不大，比如基础班讲义的例题给的是0.5.
当股票的cash dividend小于这个threshold的时候，股票价格降低的幅度也不会很大，所以也不用对可转债进行调整（因为调整一次太复杂了），当cash dividend大于它的时候，我们才进行调整。

老师好，convertible bond 中，divident threshold 是否只有发cash dividend 的时候才有，发stock dividend的时候没有divident threshold的是吗？谢谢。
