在教材Reading 9 ■ Behavioral Finance and Investment Processes中，讲到了“HOW BEHAVIORAL FACTORS AFFECT ADVISER–CLIENT RELATIONS”，提到如果把行为金融的因素考虑到IPS中，可以改善投资顾问和客户的关系：
“Inclusion of behavioral finance considerations in the client–adviser relationship will likely result in a more satisfactory relationship and in investment decisions that are closer to those of traditional finance while being easier for the client to accept and adhere to.”
C选项就是你说的留住客户的意思，metrics就是指那种客户维持/保留的指标。
