同学你好，share performance，分享上市公司的收益，默认指的就是企业的经营收益，不包含Capital gain，不要想多了。你可以这样想，企业的经营业绩高，并不必然带来CG提升；业绩不好，股价也不一定低（可能有大市的影响），所以Capital gain更多收到大市的变动，和企业经营业绩没有必然关系。所以share performance，就是分享企业的经营业绩。
