老师这个题的答案我还是没太懂,还有我看同等题目题目给出的解析也可以用 i/y=2.02 pmt=-700 这个是pmt那里求出来的呢 我们是需要两个时间段分开求嘛

同学你好,

题干中提到20,000的CD“annually pays interest of 3.5%”,所以CD每年的利息是20,000×3.5%=700。即如果把一年设定为一期的话,年PMT就是700。

要注意如果把一年设定为一期,就需要将利率转化为EAR的形式,代入EAR公式后求得EAR=2.0184%

题干的意思就是CD每年产生的700拿出来,在另一个账户里以“a stated annual interest rate of 2% compounded monthly”的方式进行投资,最后问两个账户一共会有多少钱。第一个账户就是20,000不变,第二个账户就可以按照N=4, I/Y=2.0184, PMT=-700,PV=0,CPT FV即可以得到4笔700的现金流的FV为2885.92,然后相加即可。
