ethics基础班讲义P10，”遵守更为严格的法律”是指遵守resides country以及do business country中更严格的吗？为什么第一行的例子中第一句话member resides in LS country,does business in MS country 这一步推出的是LS law applies？

1. 首先确定，我们“Always comply with the most strict rules (laws or CFA standards)

2. 第10页，第一行中的重点在于Laws of LS states that the law of locality where business is conducted governs, 所以最终是apply with MS laws。本题只举例说明当法律明确规定出要apply某地区的law时，应该怎么做。考试中会明确给出哪个地区的law更加严格。
